Something a bit different to make with our roasties – and rather good it is, too!
Roughly slice the peppers and cut the red onions into wedges.
Throw them all into a roasting tin with the potatoes, drizzle over a little oil, pop the sausages on top and leave it all to roast for 45 minutes.
Remember to give everything a stir half-way through cooking to make sure it’s nicely golden all over.
