These are our classic oven-baked jackets, but in a slightly smaller size. Perfect for feeding hungry little people, for lighter meals, or just to enjoy on the side.

How to cook

All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the potatoes are piping hot all the way through before serving.

Microwave in 3 mins

	800w	900w
One potato	3.5 mins	3 mins
Two potatoes	5 mins	4.5 mins
Four potatoes	8.5 mins	8 mins
Six potatoes	12 mins	11.5 mins

Pop the potatoes on a microwaveable plate and cook from frozen. When the time’s up, leave them to stand for a minute before tucking in.

Oven cook in 35 mins

Remove all packaging and cook from frozen on a baking tray in the middle of your oven at 220^oC / 425^oF / gas mark 7, for 35 mins.

These are the best frozen jackets I’ve ever had. They taste like you’ve cooked them for hours in the oven… nice, crispy skin and fluffy, white potato inside. Totally scrummy and from Yorkshire too which makes them a tad more special 🙂
