Every other day there seems to be a new scandal about our food chain, so never has the importance of good quality local food been so relevant.

As farmers we understand this. So with this week being Great British Beef Week (21-27 April), what better way to celebrate than by cooking up a great British classic for your customers – Roast Beef and Yorkshire puds with all the trimmings.

And to make it a little bit easier, may we introduce you to the newest product in our catering range, Farmer’s Roasting Potatoes. Just like our Chef’s Classic Roasting Potatoes and our Traditional Roast Potatoes they’re made from the best of the British potato crop but we’ve left the skins on to maximise the taste as well as the goodness.
