Why baked potatoes should be part of your 2017 healthy eating plan
If you, like most of us, overindulged over the festive season and vowed to kick start 2017 with a plan to eat more healthily, look no further than the (not so) humble spud.

Potatoes are also naturally low in sodium and perhaps most importantly, they taste absolutely delicious! Let’s face it, your healthy eating plan is unlikely to last beyond January if you’re not enjoying what you’re eating…
