We’re very excited to announce the launch of our newest foodservice products: Baked Sweet Potatoes and Sweet Potato Skins!

We’ve been baking potatoes for 30 years here at Bannisters’ Farm so it’s only natural that we decided to turn our years of baking expertise to sweet potatoes.

The popularity of sweet potatoes has soared in recent years, partly due to the fact that they complement modern food trends so well but also because they’re absolutely jam-packed with nutrients. High in vitamins A and C, thiamin, manganese, potassium and fibre, as well as being low in salt and fat, sweet potatoes also count towards your five-a-day!

We’re delighted to be bringing these new wholesome, time-saving products to foodservice, providing caterers with a genuinely new way to serve sweet potatoes quickly and easily.
