We’ve been away from Bannisters’ Farm HQ this week at the Farm Shop and Deli Show at the Birmingham NEC.

It’s the first time we’ve attended the show so, after weeks of planning, we were hugely excited about what was in store.

And what fun we’ve had! Meeting so many other like-minded food producers from across the country has been hugely inspiring and we very much enjoyed the camaraderie with our fellow exhibitors. We’ve been serving up our newest product, Bannisters’ Farm Bites mini loaded potato skins, and the smell of our delicious BITES wafting around the hall definitely helped guide people in our direction!

What really gave us a kick was the amazing feedback we’ve had from the visitors (and exhibitors too) about our products – other exhibitors will know the feeling, but no matter how many compliments one hears, it’s always thrilling to hear another! It’s what keeps us all going here at Bannisters’ Farm HQ.

Finally, I’d like to say a big thank you to our team for putting so much effort into the preparation for the show and for tirelessly manning our little oven to keep the sharing platters on our stand full, all done with good humour and that all important sense of fun.
