Nearly 4 weeks into the Autumn term, and another month gone.  Where did September go?   We know we’re not the only ones feeling frazzled as life has picked up in pace so much these last few weeks. There’s a time and a place for cooking curries from scratch and making homemade marmalade, but give yourself a break and take the easy option this week, sometimes the simplest truly is the best.  Let’s face it, baked potato, beans and cheese is hard to beat…
